The key of success of this dish is the quality of the lamb and the touch of Fleur de Sel with rosemary. Remember that the best lamb for grilling is the meat of a 4-month old lamb. The Fleur de Sel melts easily in the juices of the lamb.

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 12 lamb chops
  • Fleur de Sel with Rosemary Salt&More

Preparation

It is advisable to take the lamb out of the fridge one hour before grilling it so that the meat is at room temperature. The grill has to have a high temperature. This way you can keep the meat juicy. Rub the meat on both sides with oil. The optimum timing for turning around the meat is when the juice begins to appear. You can count with ¾ minutes for each side (for chops approximately 2,5 cm thick).

How to serve

After turning off the fire put the meat quickly on a plate, season it with Fleur de Sel with rosemary SALT&MORE and it is ready to be served.
