The whole flavour of Sicily in one pasta salad with vegetables.

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 400 g of pasta fusilli
  • 1 small broccoli
  • 4 carrots
  • 200 g de tomates Cherry
  • 200g of cherry tomatoes
  • Molinillo de Sal Con Especias a la Siciliana con Tomate Salt&More
  • Salt mill with Sicilian spices and tomato Salt&More
  • Aceite de Oliva Extra Virgen
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Cook the pasta until al dente by following the cooking instructions on the packaging because every type of pasta needs to be cooked differently.

Cut the vegetables and steam them until al dente because in this way the vegetables maintain their taste, colour and vitamins.

Add a dash of extra virgin olive oil and stir-fry gently the vegetables with the pasta.

Finally add Sicilian spice salt with tomato Salt&More.
