Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 250 g of chicken (choose between breast and boneless thighs, as preferred)
  • 250 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g of red pepper (or green or half-and-half)
  • 200 g of onion
  • Salt mill with Sicilian spices with tomato Salt&More



Cut the chicken just as you wish (if you use a pan cut the chicken in smaller pieces and if you use the grill you can cut the meat in bigger pieces). You can use chicken breast or thigh as you prefer. The meat of chicken thighs is juicier than the chicken breast, which has more tendency to become dry.

Cut the onions and the red pepper approximately the same size as the meat.

For the skewers, thread always one piece of chicken, one piece of pepper and one piece of onion on the skewer.

We fry the skewers in the pan without seasoning. When they are still warm and prepared for serving, we season the skewer with the Sicilian spice salt with tomato.

How to serve

We serve the skewers with cherry tomatoes. We decorate the plate with some unground grains of salt and spices.
